Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions are made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when received – unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

Pantyhose/tights

Selected personal hygiene products

Refund Process
Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Refund:
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 30 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

Costs
Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be sent to China, and return shipping costs start at approximately €20, at the customer’s expense.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If the issue persists, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as our system processes them automatically.
