Shipping Policy
Did you find a Mazuq product you absolutely need? Great!
Now simply select your color and/or size and click “Add to Cart.” You can of course continue shopping, and you can always return to your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner.
Please note: items placed in the cart are not saved permanently.
Ready to checkout?
When you’re done shopping, click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your selected items. On the next page, you can still adjust quantities if needed. Then click “Proceed to Checkout.” You’ll be taken to the payment page, where you can enter all your details in one go.
Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be changed, as we process it immediately to ensure fast delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
We cover all shipping costs—you pay no delivery fees.
⚠️ Note: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order on your order status page. A tracking link will also be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
⚠️ Please note: it may take some time before the tracking information becomes active.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship orders quickly. If you place your order on a business day before 3 PM, we’ll do our best to ship it the same day.
Since many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, the average delivery time is 10–15 business days.
NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be kept at a PostNL service point (or Bpost in Belgium) for 7 days. The driver will leave a notice with the pick-up location. After that, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a short window of time to correct an error. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace system shows the package as delivered to your address but you have not received it, please notify us. After 14 days from the delivery date, PostNL will initiate an investigation. We will keep you updated on the progress.
